A premier hospitality group in Naples is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Violi. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in fine dining, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make food and beverage recommendations. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a server in a fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant required.
• Knowledge of responsible and legal alcoholic beverage service; Food Handlers and Basset Certification required.
• Excellent working knowledge of different food preparation techniques and cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Nurture an excellent guest experience by interacting with guests in a personable and professional manner.
• Guide guests' experience by making food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately record and communicate orders to bar and kitchen.
