Job summary

A premier hospitality group in Naples is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Violi. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in fine dining, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make food and beverage recommendations. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a server in a fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant required.
• Knowledge of responsible and legal alcoholic beverage service; Food Handlers and Basset Certification required.
• Excellent working knowledge of different food preparation techniques and cuisines.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds; stand or walk for long periods.

Overview

Be a part of Violi’s launch at Mercato—Naples’ premier open-air lifestyle center this fall! For this position, pay will be hourly - plus tips. Violi & DineAmic Hospitality are seeking experienced servers and bartenders who will ensure that our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by educating them on our menu offerings and creating a memorable guest experience. Our ideal candidate will have stamina, an outgoing personality, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

About Violi & DineAmic Hospitality: Violi is the latest concept by DineAmic Hospitality, the group behind Chicago favorites like Lyra and the original Violi in Oak Brook. Partnering with Greek Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, the menu features shareable dishes like grilled octopus, moussaka, and slow-roasted lamb—marine-fresh, bold, and wholesome.

What You Will Do

• Nurture an excellent guest experience by interacting with guests in a personable and professional manner
• Guide guests' experience by making food and beverage recommendations
• Become well-versed in our menu items in order to field questions and make suggestions with a personal touch
• Stay knowledgeable on all menu items including seasonal features, menu deviations, and/or 86ed items to provide the most up-to-date information to guests
• Accurately record and communicate orders to bar and kitchen, noting any dietary needs, food allergies, or special requests; keep kitchen team informed of guests' meal progression
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash and credit card handling policies
• Develop an efficient work pace to deliver orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
• Maintain and comply with state sanitation/health regulations
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

What You Need To Have

• 3+ years’ experience as a server in a fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant required
• Excellent working knowledge of different food preparation techniques and cuisines; excellent working knowledge of wines, cocktails, and other beverages
• Knowledge of local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; knowledge of responsible and legal alcoholic beverage service; non-expired Food Handlers and Basset Certification required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; stand or walk for extended periods; complete tasks that require repetitive motion
