Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain state/local alcohol service permits or certifications.
• Must obtain and maintain state/local food service certifications (e.g. ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals).
• Take and deliver orders accurately with proper timing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance and cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive service.
• Address guest concerns with discretion and urgency.
