Qualifications

• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they are seated; ensures table is clean and stocked.
• Distributes menus and presents daily specials.
• Answers questions regarding the menu.
• Takes orders and delivers to kitchen; ensures timely service.
• Delivers food and beverages; replenishes condiments and supplies.
• Ensures orders are correct; returns incorrect orders to kitchen.
• Collects plates, clears tables, and prepares checks for payment.
• Assists with other restaurant tasks as needed.
