Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., Food Handlers Card, ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairings recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Perform tableside service, coursed meals, and wine service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately with proper pacing and coursing.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and crumb service.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests discreetly.
