Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain state or local alcohol service permits (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain state or local food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols is beneficial.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, plate presentation).
• Accurately take and deliver orders following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service throughout the meal.
