Job summary

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented server to deliver food and beverages to guests in our Seagar’s dining establishment. You will support high standards of service, greet guests, and coordinate with the Captain and kitchen to ensure timely, accurate orders.

Ideal candidates have prior fine dining experience, strong English communication, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience is preferred.
• Hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• High school education preferred.
• Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, presents beverage menu, and suggests food/beverage options.
• Works with the Captain to maintain Seagar’s service standards.
• Relays orders accurately to service bar and kitchen.
• Serves courses and accommodates additional requests as needed.
• Performs cleaning and side work to keep the restaurant presentable before service.
