Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs.
• Ability to move gracefully and efficiently in a high-end dining environment.
• Familiarity with wine service, food presentation, and luxury dining standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry multiple plates with finesse.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering attentive, unobtrusive, and polished service.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and reset with precision and efficiency.
• Anticipate guest needs by offering water, bread, and additional accompaniments.
