Hilton Sandestin Beach in Florida is seeking a friendly server to deliver food and beverages to guests according to our standards, ensuring a quality dining experience that exceeds expectations. You will greet guests, present menus, coordinate with the Captain, relay orders to the bar and kitchen, serve courses, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area before, during, and after shifts.

Prior hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred; high school education preferred; strong English

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Fine dining/hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and presents beverage menu, offers recommendations.
• Works with the Captain to maintain Seagar’s service standards.
• Relays orders to service bar and kitchen accurately.
• Serves courses and handles special requests.
• Performs cleaning and side work before and after shifts.
