Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification required.
• California Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit required.
• Availability to consistently evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, elevated hospitality with timely, accurate, and detail focused service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency, confidence, and grace.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to create a seamless, memorable dining experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menus, including seasonal offerings and chef features.
• Offer thoughtful wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations with advanced product knowledge.
• Partner with kitchen and bar teams to ensure precise and prompt delivery of orders.
• Assist Hosts, Servers, and Management with table setups, resets, and dining room organization as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment per restaurant standards.
• Foster positive working relationships to support a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21+ years of age
• Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience required
• WSET Level 2 or Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification required
• Strong wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge essential
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (Aloha)
• Availability to consistently evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid California Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit required
