Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking talented individuals to join our exclusive dining operations as Fine Dining Restaurant Servers. Positions available for both full-time and part-time, with hourly wage plus gratuity.

Typical shifts are 3:30pm–10:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and bonuses are available for new hires who begin employment within the stated window. Ideal candidates will deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, member-focused environment across our five venues.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent service orientation and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred.

Fine Dining Restaurant Servers (Hourly wage + Gratuity-eligible)

• Signing bonuses are available for newly-hired associates for the fine dining positions that apply and begin employment between August 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026!***
• Typical shift hours: 3:30pm-10:30pm (Tuesday through Saturday)
• Part-time & full-time hours available
