Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking Fine Dining Servers for both full-time and part-time roles in our exclusive dining operations. These positions offer an hourly wage plus gratuity and a signing bonus for new hires employed between Aug 15 and Oct 31, 2026.

Typical shifts are 3:30pm–10:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of upscale dining experience and a passion for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional service orientation and presentation.
• 1–2 years experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ENCORE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fine dining service with attention to detail.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and wine selections.
• Maintain dining room setup, cleanliness and pacing of service.
• Collaborate with team across the restaurant venues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
