Job summary

Powder Mountain is seeking a Front-of-House Server for the Skylodge Restaurant team. This seasonal FT role delivers polished, attentive service to private, high-end clients at 8,000+ ft elevation, blending luxury dining with mountain hospitality.

Responsibilities include taking precise orders, coordinating with culinary and beverage teams, and maintaining refined service standards while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Utah Food Handler’s Permit and Utah Sips & Tips Certification required.
• 2+ years of serving experience; fine dining or high-end resort experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and consistent hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, elevated, polished, and professional service reflecting Powder Mountain values.
• Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Reset tables and deliver service in accordance with refined French and Forbes-style dining standards.
• Operate POS systems for orders and payments and maintain cleanliness in FOH areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support private events as needed.
