Job summary

AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a Carillon Server to join our dining team in Austin, TX. The role requires delivering high-quality service at tables in a fine-dining setting and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Candidates should have previous fine-dining experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid TABC certification. This full-time position requires PM availability Tuesday through Saturday and offers growth within a prestigious UT–affiliated venue managed by

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have previous fine-dining experience.
• Must already have a valid and non-expired TABC Certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in the restaurants.
• Check patrons’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol.
• Explain menu items and daily specials; present menus and make recommendations upon request.
• Prepare checks itemizing totals and sales tax; escort customers to tables and ensure satisfaction.
• Stock service areas and assist with table maintenance and cleaning as needed.
