Job summary

Four Seasons Vail is hiring a part-time seasonal server for Tavernetta Vail, joining a celebrated team led by Frasca Hospitality Group. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences and expert beverage knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and provide polished service in a fine dining setting.

The role requires 2+ years of server experience, strong English communication, and the ability to stand for long hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting.
• Good communication skills are a necessity for this role.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires United States work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
• Deliver and clear guest food, assist with guest needs during service in a timely manner.
• Close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate table service.
