Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary or related work experience.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Fluency in English required for this location and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to order on the line following recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and cleanly.
• Rotate stock, check temperatures, and manage mise en place.
