The Joseph in Nashville, TN is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver warm, attentive service, share menu knowledge, and collaborate with a talented team to create memorable experiences for guests.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred; strong communication and a professional presence are essential. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in this fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
• Create genuine connections while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages according to established service and presentation standards.
• Maintain table presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout service.
• Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests accurately to the culinary team.
• Collaborate with culinary, bar, host, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and hotel standards.
• Assist teammates whenever needed and contribute to a positive, respectful, team-focused culture.
