Qualifications

• Knowledge of bar and restaurant service.
• 10 years restaurant experience.
• Stand for 9 hours.
• Ability to carry and lift trays up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform dining room set-up and closing duties.
• Maintain product knowledge including allergens.
• Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained.
• Compute guest checks and operate the POS system when accepting payments.
• Maintain dining room and service area safety and sanitation.
• Must pass state alcohol certification examination.
• Attend Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvements.
• Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
