Truluck's Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab in the Chicago area seeks an experienced Fine Dining Cocktail Server to deliver Southern hospitality, precise service, and an elevated guest experience.

You’ll work in Rosemont and Chicago area, demonstrate professionalism, manage liquor service, pass alcohol certification, and maintain a clean, professional appearance while staying team‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
• Knowledge of bar and restaurant service, pleasant attitude, and ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Must be able to stand for nine hours and lift trays up to 20 lbs.
• Good communication and basic computer usage skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must have a reachable telephone number.
• Ability to pass alcohol certification examination and understand liquor service laws.

Responsibilities

• Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests to build loyalty.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Verify age and identity of guests under 25 and ensure liquor service laws are followed.
• Perform cocktail lounge set‑up, side work, and closing duties.
• Serve guests following service steps and scripts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the cocktail lounge, dining room, and service area.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and meet a 90%+ test score requirement.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments per company policy.
• Communicate with Leadership Team during peak periods and during breaks.
• Adhere to the no‑smoking and no‑cell‑phone policies on premises.
• Accurately declare tips as per procedure.
• Perform other duties assigned by Leadership Team.
