Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab in Plano, TX seeks a Fine Dining Bartender with a minimum of five years of hospitality experience to join our team of professionals delivering award-winning dining experiences to our affluent guests.

You will maintain a polished appearance, uphold Southern Hospitality, operate the POS system, and participate in weekly product and service education to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Five years of hospitality experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to stand for 9 hours and lift 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication and cash handling skills.
• Current state alcohol certification is required.
• Willingness to follow scripts and training.

Responsibilities

• Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal guests.
• Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Work with teamwork mindset.
• Continuously execute Truluck’s Performance Standards.
• Ensure compliance with liquor service laws and maintain current state alcohol certification.
• Check proper and legal identification for anyone under 25.
• Perform bar set-up, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts.
• Maintain product knowledge through weekly education.
• Pass all product and service tests with a score of 90% or higher.
• Prepare beverages with consistent recipes and fresh garnish.
• Participate in bar clean up and sanitation per health codes.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions according to policies.
• Declare tips according to policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
