Locale Italian Kitchen is hiring experienced Server/Bartenders to join our Las Vegas team. We seek hospitality-driven individuals who are personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving and bartending experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide engaging, attentive service.
• Maintain knowledge of food, cocktail, wine, and beverage menus.
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required.
• Run food and beverages to support the team.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Verify guest identification and ensure legal drinking-age compliance.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and management regarding requests or concerns.
• Maintain clean, stocked service and bar areas.
• Follow SNHD food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow company policies and responsible alcohol service standards.
