Locale Italian Kitchen in Las Vegas is seeking experienced Server/Bartenders to join our team. You will greet guests, suggest menu items, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverage offerings, familiarity with a POS system, cash handling, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is essential; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior serving and bartending experience.
• Must have or obtain Nevada work cards/certifications applicable to the position.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide engaging, attentive service.
• Maintain knowledge of food, cocktail, wine, and beverage menus.
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Be knowledgeable of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• Take and enter guest orders using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required.
• Run food and beverages to support the team.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with drinking-age laws.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and management regarding guest requests.
• Maintain clean, organized service and bar areas.
• Follow SNHD food safety and sanitation requirements.
