Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full‑service restaurant
• Fine dining or upscale service experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to assigned tables
• Present menus, explain features and specials, and answer questions regarding food/beverage
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, wine and cocktails
• Take accurate orders using POS; upsell to enhance the guest experience
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams for proper timing and progression
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with presentation meeting standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests; assist with guest recovery
