Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant serving experience required.
• Fine dining/upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beer, and beverage pairing preferred.
• Must obtain/state alcohol service certifications.
• Must obtain state/local food safety certifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred but not required.

• Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm while creating an elevated dining experience.
• Guiding guests through the menu by explaining ingredients, preparation methods, seasonal offerings, and allergy information.
• Making beverage recommendations, including wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic pairings.
• Providing attentive, polished service throughout each course with proper timing and pacing.
• Executing refined service techniques including wine presentation and coursed meals.
• Taking orders accurately and communicating special requests to the Culinary and Bar teams.
• Maintaining tables with detail through clearing, resetting, and crumb service.
