Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is hiring a cocktail/server to actively take orders and provide full beverage and food service in a high-energy lounge/bar environment in New York, NY. You will interact with guests, present menus, and ensure smooth operations while upholding safety and sanitary standards.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting; professional appearance and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Cocktail server or floor server experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Actively take orders, provide full beverage/food service, and monitor guests’ lounge/bar experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items; inform guests of specials and prices.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and the venue; follow health and sanitation standards.
• Communicate needs of guests to front-of-house, support staff, and management; work as a team.
