Job summary

Night Rooster in the Dallas Design District is seeking servers for our elevated Chinese restaurant and lounge. You will greet guests, know our food & beverage menus inside out, and guide guests with recommendations while accurately taking orders.

You will operate the POS system, itemize bills, and assist with food running to tables. The role requires at least one year of fine dining experience and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of prior fine dining serving experience.
• Strong passion for food, beverage and service; knowledgeable about menu items.
• Ability to guide guests with recommendations and handle allergies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them to ensure a memorable experience.
• Be fully knowledgeable of food & beverage menus; take accurate orders.
• Verify guests' identification for age requirements and handle payments.
• Enter orders in the POS system accurately and secure payments.
• Assist with food running to bar and dining room tables; maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with management to address guest needs and issues.
• Attend pre-service meetings and participate in daily operations.
