Job summary

The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking a professional server to deliver fine-dining service across Lodge Food and Beverage outlets. You’ll present a hospitable, informed, and prompt service while guiding guests through menu items and Lodge offerings.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, maintaining clean workspaces, accurate payment handling, and timely collaboration with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years industry experience in server capacity.
• Good communication, organization and concentration skills.
• Utah state approved liquor handler’s certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up kitchen and dining room work areas to handle business volume.
• Maintain all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service.
• Present a knowledgeable, professional demeanor at all times during service.
• Accurate, prompt and responsible collection of payment and signed guest checks.
• Contribute to department and Lodge goals and cooperate with kitchen staff.
