The role emphasizes staff leadership, guest relations, and active participation in budget and inter-department coordination to deliver memorable guest experiences at a premier mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing front-of-house food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to oversee guest reservations and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets.
• Actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests.
• Maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized.
• Supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet.
• Oversee all employees in the restaurant during a given shift.
• Handle guest reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise delegated duties to required standards.
• Monitor training programs for all Food and Beverage outlet personnel.
• Hold daily pre-service meetings for Hotel and Food and Beverage info.
• Assist management and service personnel whenever necessary.
• Requisition equipment to maintain consistent operation.
• Maintain open communication with other managers and departments.
• Participate in preparation of fiscal budgets.
• Maintain presence at outlet and greet guests during operation hours.
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meetings.
