Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Server Assistant for Valle, a Michelin-star restaurant located on-site at Mission Pacific Beach Resort in Oceanside, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports front-of-house operations, handles table setup, serving, and maintaining a pristine dining area in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.

Your duties include assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

Formación

• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic knowledge and interest in Food & Beverage services, with a focus on fine dining etiquette
• Strong Organization Skills to handle tasks efficiently and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Works well under pressure
• Must be have open availability Tuesday-Saturday

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Server in service to assigned tables.
• Bus tables and clean work areas as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and understand when the next course should be presented to the guest.
• Run food from kitchen to table as required.
• Roll silverware & polish glasses as needed.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
