Job summary

Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts, a fine dining establishment in the United States, is seeking a professional Server Assistant to join the team. You will support servers and staff to deliver a seamless dining experience, maintain cleanliness, and uphold high quality standards.

You will collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams, stay informed on menu offerings, and respond to guest needs with professionalism. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or back-of-house support in dining settings is preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and maintain cleanliness.
• Familiarity with health/safety regulations in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and guests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Set up and reset dining areas with linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Maintain clean, organized dining room and assist in delivering food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and respond to requests promptly.
• Support kitchen with timely food orders and communicate between front and back of house.
• Stay updated on menu, specials, and wine selections to inform guests.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
