Job summary

Bourbon & Bones Lounge – Square One Concepts is seeking a professional Barback to join the team. The role supports bartenders, restocks supplies, and ensures a clean, efficient bar area to enhance guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years barback experience in fine dining, a valid Food Handlers Certification, and an Alcohol Service license. Flexible hours and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barback in a fine dining or upscale bar environment.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Must have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification.
• Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS – Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by replenishing supplies and glassware during service.
• Set up and break down the bar area and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to the bar manager.
• Assist in serving guests and delivering drinks when needed.
• Assist in operating beverage equipment and preparing specialty cocktails.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth peak-hour operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
