MIKA Coral Gables, led by Chef Michael White, is seeking motivated Server Assistants to join our Front of House team. The role supports servers, maintains elegant table presentation, and anticipates guest needs to deliver a seamless fine-dining experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, a team player, and passionate about hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow within a luxury dining environment in Coral Gables. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and anticipate service needs.
• Willingness to learn MIKA's standards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist servers in providing attentive, polished, and personalized service.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain proper water service throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with bread service and table-side tasks as directed.
• Support the team for a smooth and memorable dining experience.
• Set and reset tables according to fine-dining standards.
• Clear and mark tables between courses with discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Maintain polished silverware, glassware, china, and linens.
