Qualifications

• High school diploma with fine dining waitstaff experience.
• 1–2 years dining room supervisory experience.
• Experience with Micros POS system and hospitality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wait staff before, during and after meals to ensure policy compliance and timely service.
• Assist in Micros POS system operations and staff training for proper billing.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating new employees.
• Prepare weekly schedule, conduct yearly evaluations, and handle new hire paperwork.
