Qualifications

• 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong front of house knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Maintains accurate daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
