Paseo in Anaheim, California, part of Patina Group, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fine-dining team under Carlos Gaytán. You will oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest service excellence, and mentor a collaborative staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role offers a base salary range of $70,304–$92,800 per year, plus an annual bonus plan and comprehensive benefits. Weekend/evening shifts are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control, inventory and P&L understanding.
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe and related certifications.
