Casaléna in the Los Angeles metropolitan area seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead our high‑volume upscale dining operation. You will direct day‑to‑day restaurant and events, drive guest experience, manage budgets and teams, and partner with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver exceptional service.

This full‑time hybrid role requires strong financial acumen, accountability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in upscale, fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional service in a demanding setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Hands-on leadership with ownership mindset and accountability.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as required.
• Must possess California food safety and Responsible Beverage Service certifications.

Responsabilités

• Direct all daily restaurant and events operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Establish operational standards, accountability, and consistent execution across departments.
• Lead by example with visible management during service.
• Mentor and evaluate department managers; drive performance and productivity.
• Manage budgets, review P&L, monitor performance trends, and take corrective action.
• Optimize staffing and labor productivity while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and events leadership to enhance offerings and drive revenue.
