Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead by example management style.
• Utilizes leadership skills to motivate staff and manage costs and labor.
• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with health, safety, liquor regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
