You will manage front-of-house excellence, cost control, and compliance with health and safety and liquor regulations, backed by an extensive training program and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead staff in a hands-on, lead-by-example manner.
• Motivate employees to ensure cost control and proper labor management.
• Inspect the establishment for health, safety, and liquor regulation compliance.
• Maintain accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.
