Responsibilities

• Follow opening/closing procedures and food preparation as directed by the Executive/Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Prepare food items with proper portion size and quality standards.
• Maintain safe food temperatures and sanitation of work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Be a team player with responsibilities around preparation, service, and delivery of products.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform guidelines.
