You will prep, execute, and present desserts and select items with precision, under the guidance of senior culinary leadership, contributing to service quality and flow.

Responsibilities include station setup, plate execution, timing coordination with the kitchen, and strict adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare a variety of desserts using professional kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of portion sizes, recipes, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of proper plate presentation and visual detail.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities
