Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is seeking a Prep/Pastry Cook to lay the groundwork for exceptional service in a high-volume kitchen, preparing doughs, batters, and a range of desserts under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

You will bake from scratch, decorate with icing and fondant, maintain a clean prep station, and help ensure every dish starts with excellence for nightly service.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in baking techniques, decorating, and using specialized tools such as pastry bags, icing tools, and molds.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure desserts are both delicious and visually appealing.
• Previous prep cook experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred.
• Solid knife skills, knowledge of kitchen safety, and ability to follow detailed recipes.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, bread, and other desserts from scratch.
• Measure and mix ingredients for doughs and batters.
• Decorate and garnish pastries to ensure visual appeal.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station and stock prep area.
• Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with chefs and line cooks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
