Job summary

La Petite Maison Boston is seeking a morning-shift line cook to join our opening kitchen team. You’ll support the hot kitchen in delivering breakfast dishes to LPM’s standards, working with senior chefs in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

Responsibilities include mise-en-place, supporting the kitchen in cooking and presenting dishes to recipe standards, maintaining a clean workstation, and following LPM quality controls.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a culinary environment.
• Basic knife skills and attention to detail.
• Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Genuine interest in growing within fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place before each service.
• Support the kitchen team in cooking and presenting dishes to recipe and standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow LPM recipes and quality standards consistently.
