Job summary

MG-SC, dba Sorelle and partners operates a high-end dining concept and is seeking an experienced Bartender for the bar team. The role focuses on selling, preparing and serving mixed beverages, wine, and coordinating with food service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of fine dining mixology, extensive wine knowledge, and a strong commitment to teamwork and professional service in a dynamic bar environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of fine dining mixology experience.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage, with dining room experience.
• Extensive Food and Wine knowledge.
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assists the entire front of house team with all elements of service.
• Takes ownership of the bar, greeting guests and managing seating and bussing.
• Describes dinner features and menu changes.
• Takes beverage orders and coordinates with servers and kitchen.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.
