Job summary

Sorelle is recruiting a Bartender to join the front-of-house team. You will be responsible for selling, preparing and serving mixed beverages, wine and food, while maintaining bar standards and guest satisfaction.

You will manage bar operations with a focus on quality service, product knowledge, and collaboration with managers and the kitchen. The role requires strong mixology skills and a professional demeanor in a fine-dining environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of fine dining mixology experience.
• 2+ years dining room experience and strong knowledge of fine dining service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide professional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and assist with food service at the bar.
• Oversee bar maintenance and maintain cleanliness.
• Describe dinner features and wine selections to guests.
• Coordinate with FOH/BOH and other bartenders for smooth service.
• Provide training for new hires and participate in pre-shift meetings.
