Job summary

Nbutexas, a leading fine-dining steakhouse, seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, luxury environment.

You will train and lead service teams, manage scheduling and costs, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure flawless guest experiences, wine education, and seamless events. Evening/weekend work required; benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine-dining or upscale steakhouse environments with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership presence and polished professional communication.
• Ability to train and motivate service teams to present and sell wine and beverages.
• Excellent guest service mindset and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of front-of-house operations, labor scheduling, and cost controls.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
• Experience managing private dining and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations to maintain luxury service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and inspire the service team to elevate sales and guest education around wine and beverages.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Engage with guests to address concerns and build loyalty.
• Partner with kitchen leadership for seamless service execution.
• Support private dining and special events with excellence.
