Nbutexas, a chef-driven restaurant group in Boston, is seeking a Fine Dining Manager with 2+ years of upscale dining experience. You will lead operations, train staff, and ensure superb service across our boutique locations.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring performance, and driving action plans to reach goals. Adaptability to move between stores in the city as needed is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience as a Fine Dining Manager in an upscale restaurant.
• No more than 3 jobs in last 5 years, with steady progression through career.
• Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on.
• Can-do attitude and personality is key - we value good service and understand good service is about serving one another.
• We ask our team to be adaptable as management may move around to store locations (within the city) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication.
• The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds self and team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills.
• Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals.
