POSITION OVERVIEW

The FOH Manager will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards, developing staff, and ensuring smooth execution throughout every service. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a high‑energy environment and understands the expectations of luxury dining.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily FOH operations and ensure consistent execution of service standards.
• Manage and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, captains, and other FOH team members.
• Coach employees on hospitality, service standards, menu knowledge, wine and beverage, and guest engagement.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor and actively support the team during service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and personally address concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and team development.
• Ensure proper communication between FOH and culinary teams.
• Oversee table flow, reservations, VIP guests, large parties, and private dining events.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, appearance, organization, and restaurant presentation.
• Support inventory, cash handling, labor management, and other operational responsibilities.
