• Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques, culinary terminology.
• Solid knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen organization.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure service periods.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and able to take direction with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-driven with the ability to problem-solve on the line.
