Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a culinary professional to join our kitchen team at a Hyatt property in California. You will prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling, and work across multiple stations with a focus on quality and consistency.

Requirements include good communication, at least two years of line and fine dining experience; a culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of line and fine dining experience required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Must have full availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Experience performing basic to intermediate cooking skills.

• Assist in directing under supervision when needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
