Catch Hospitality Group in Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Line Cook for our upscale/ fine dining concept. You will work at station, maintain quality, handle special requests, and support sous and head chef.

Qualifications

• Has an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Executes assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Has effective communication skills.
• Handles multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items assigned to station.
• Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes.
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen.
• Disposes spoiled food and other waste material.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure kitchen health & safety compliance.
• Report issues with kitchen equipment to management.
